Backing the intelligence layer for the claims economy.

DAIS Analytics created the category of policyholder-side claims-conduct intelligence — the missing half of a claims-intelligence market that has only ever served carriers. We share our investor overview with venture and private-equity investors on request.

What DAIS represents as an infrastructure asset.

A data asset that deepens with time

The DAIS dataset is not a snapshot -- it is a continuously expanding collection assembled from hard-to-access public records and licensed sources across more than a dozen states, unified by machine-learning entity resolution. The asset grows more defensible with every jurisdiction added and every carrier or builder profiled. Years of parallel data assembly would be required to replicate the coverage from scratch.

ML infrastructure with named models

The Builder Risk Index and Carrier Behavior Index are DAIS's named scoring indexes, built on a multi-dimensional propensity and entity-resolution pipeline — the Builder Risk Index as a composite exposure score and the Carrier Behavior Index as a rolling, market-relative conduct-trend measure. The underlying scores are trained, validated, and re-scored on a rolling basis. The infrastructure represents multiple engineering years of investment in data ingestion, entity resolution at scale, and conduct-signal normalization.

A direct channel into the plaintiff-side market

DAIS is building a direct subscriber base among plaintiff attorneys, litigation funders, public adjusters, and construction professionals -- a market segment that has historically had no native analytics layer. A Founding Member subscription base provides a customer acquisition head start and recurring revenue that compounds with coverage expansion.

The opportunity
A structural gap, and the data to close it.

An unoccupied category

Claims intelligence is a heavily funded category — and every funded company in it serves the carrier side. The professionals representing policyholders have had no equivalent. DAIS is first into that whitespace, with the category named and the data assembled. Built by a practicing plaintiff-side trial attorney — the buyer, building for his own market.

A compounding data moat

Hard-to-assemble public and proprietary datasets, unified by machine-learning entity resolution. The asset gets deeper and harder to replicate with every jurisdiction and practice area we add.

Products live, roadmap wide

Two intelligence products today (Carrier & Builder), a defined coverage-expansion roadmap, and a capital-efficient Founding Member model built on recurring intelligence subscriptions.

Scale that compounds

DAIS runs on 100+ gigabytes of structured public-records intelligence — hundreds of millions of data points across hundreds of cross-linked public-record datasets, with data drawn from all 50 states — distilled into decision-ready answers in seconds.

A single connected graph

The power isn't the size; it's the connections. Corporate filings, ownership and officer records, property and permit records, and litigation history are resolved into a single connected graph — so one defendant links from its corporate shell to its officers to its properties to its permits to its case history in a single query. Intelligence about institutions, not individuals — built entirely from public records, delivered in aggregate.
